Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts, cooked
- 2 to 3 cans cream of chicken, mushroom, or possibly celery soup (your choice)
- 1 (8 ounce) container lowfat sour cream
- Crushed Ritz cracker crumbs with melted butter
Directions
- Cut up chicken into bite sized pcs. Put together soup and lowfat sour cream. Pour on top of chicken in 13 x 9 inch pan. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 min. Serve over rice. Great for large crowd or possibly party!
