Ingredients
- 1Â 1/2 c. Grated parsnips
- 1/2 c. Minced celery
- 1/4 c. Minced green pepper
- 1/2 tsp Parsley flakes
- 1/3 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Salad oil
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
- Combine parsnip, celery, green pepper and parsley in bowl.
- Mix mayonnaise, salad oil, vinegar, lemon juice and salt together in measuring c. or possibly bowl. Pour over parsnip mix. Toss lightly. Serve.
