Ingredients

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 50 ml (2½ Tbsp) oil
  • 80 ml (4 Tbsp) pandan juice (ingredients and method see below)
  • 100 gm cake flour
  • 15 gm (2 Tbsp) milk powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Ingredients of egg whites:
  • 5 egg whites
  • 70 gm caster sugar
  • ½ tsp cream of tartar
  • Ingredients of pandan juice:
  • 10 pandan leaves, fresh or frozen
  • 120 ml (6 Tbsp) water
