Directions

  1. Coat shrimp and chicken with cornstarch/eggwhite. Saute/fry garlic, onion, pork, chicken and shrimp. Add in soy sauce. Pour broth in and bring to boil.
  2. Then add in vegetables. Thicken with cornstarch . Stir in dry canton noodles and cook 10 min.
  3. NOTES : I add in any veggie or possibly meat which I have on hand. I also add in some broken up fried egg. The noodles will soak up much of the liquid. This dish should be a bit on the dry side.
