Ingredients

  • Main Course: Sesame Crusted Tuna, short grain brown rice and white beans and celery with olive tapenade
  • 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tsp. canola oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 pound of tuna (for 2 people)
  • salt and pepper to taste
