Ingredients
- Pork roast
- Green onions chopped
- Garlic chopped
- Salt
- Red & black pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingred except roast to make a soft paste.
- Cut slits I roast & put mix each slit.
- line roast with hormel apple bacon
- Place in oven, uncovered
- Bake to desired doneness
- At end of bake time,cut oven OFF but
- DO NOT OPEN DOOR FOR 2 HOURS.
