%20it%E2%80%99s%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eflavorless,%20but%20recently%20I%20found%20a%20jarred%20sauce%20which%20I%20think%20is%20fantastic%20and%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eespecially%20when%20I%20am%20short%20on%20time.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20new%20favorite%20jarred%20sauce%20is%20Bertolli%20Organic%20Olive%20Oil,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBasil%20and%20Garlic.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20have%20purchased%20the%20non-organic%20before%20and%20thought%20it%20was%20OK%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E(better%20than%20most),%20but%20I%20bought%20the%20organic%20three%20pack%20at%20Sam%E2%80%99s%20Club%20and%20it%E2%80%99s%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Efantastic%20for%20a%20jarred%20sauce.%20I%20had%20no%20idea%20the%20organic%20would%20taste%20so%20much%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ebetter,%20but%20then%20again%20organic%20milk%20taste%20better%20than%20regular%20so%20I%20guess%20it%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Emakes%20sense.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20realized%20last%20night%20that%20we%20were%20out%20of%20pre-made%20meatballs%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eso%20I%20threw%20these%20together%20quickly.%20Quickly%20is%20the%20keyword%20here.%20I%20had%20them%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eresting%20within%203%20minutes.%20These%20meatballs%20are%20fantastic%20and%20super%20easy%20to%20put%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Etogether.%20I%20thought%20we%20were%20going%20to%20be%20meatball-less%20but%20this%20recipe%20saved%20the%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eday.%20I%20just%20put%20what%20we%20had%20on%20hand%20together%20and%20came%20up%20with%20a%20really%20great%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Emeatball.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOnce%20I%20have%20more%20time%20I%20am%20going%20to%20make%20some%20extra%20and%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Efreeze%20them%20for%20subs%20or%20future%20spaghetti.%20Who%20needs%20to%20pay%20so%20much%20for%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Emeatballs%20that%20really%20don%E2%80%99t%20taste%20that%20great%20and%20often%20have%20that%20weird%20meat%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eflavor%20when%20you%20can%20just%20make%20your%20own%20for%20a%20fraction%20of%20the%20price!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBelow%20I%20have%20the%20recipe%20designed%20for%20either%20using%20the%20meatballs%20in%20a%20sauce%20right%20away%20or%20baking%20them%20in%20the%20oven%20for%20future%20use.%20Whatever%20makes%20you%20happy!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETo%20a%20mixing%20bowl%20add%20one%20egg%20and%20whisk%20until%20smooth,%20then%20to%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethe%20bowl%20add%20milk,%20dry%20onion,%20Worcestershire%20sauce,%20garlic%20powder%20and%20pepper.%20Mix%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ewell.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENext%20add%20ground%20beef%20to%20the%20bowl%20and%20mix%20well.%20Using%20wet%20hand%20may%20work%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ebest.%20The%20ground%20beef%20mixture%20will%20be%20overly%20wet%20but%20don't%20panic%20because%20it%20will%20come%20together.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETo%20the%20ground%20beef%20mixture%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eadd%20parmesan%20cheese%20and%20Italian%20bread%20crumbs%20and%20mix%20well.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECover%20the%20bowl%20with%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPress'n%20Seal%20or%20plastic%20wrap%20and%20allow%20the%20meat%20to%20rest%20for%2030%20minutes%20or%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Emore.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETo%20a%20pot%20of%20sauce:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%20the%20resting%20period%20roll%20meat%20into%20one%20inch%20meatballs.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eeach%20ball%20to%20a%20pot%20of%20heated%20sauce.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOnce%20the%20meatballs%20are%20in%20the%20sauce%20do%20not%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Estir%20them%20for%2020%20minutes%20so%20that%20the%20meatballs%20can%20set%20(if%20you%20stir%20them%20before%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethey%20start%20firming%20up%20they%20will%20break%20to%20pieces).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%2020%20minutes%20you%20can%20stir%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethem.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20meatballs%20should%20be%20completely%20cooked%20within%20another%2010-15%20minutes%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETo%20the%20Oven:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%20the%20resting%20period%20roll%20meat%20into%20one%20inch%20meatballs.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20oven%20to%20form%20into%20meatballs%20and%20place%20on%20a%20pan.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eat%20350%20degrees%20for%2025-30%20minutes%20until%20meatballs%20are%20no%20longer%20pink%20in%20center.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYou%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ecan%20turn%20them%20after%2015%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAll%20to%20cool%20and%20freeze%20or%20use%20in%20some%20other%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Efashion.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECheck%20Out%20Our%20Online%20Recipe%20Book:%20www.CafeChatterbox.com%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
