Ingredients

  • (makes two 8-ounce servings -- half-pint canning jars are perfect for this recipe)
  • Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup vanilla reduced-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 3 tablespoons soy or nut milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
  • 1 cup frozen fruit (I used cherries)
