Ingredients

  • 6 tbsps Organic Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Milk
  • 1/2 cup Plain or Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Overnight Oats with Dried Fruits and Nuts
  • Ingredients: 6 tbsps Organic Rolled Oats
  • 1 1/2 cup Soya milk with almond (reduced sugar)
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Dried apricots, cut strips
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • some nuts - almond, pistachio and pumpkin seeds (toasted)
  • 1 tbsp Honey or to taste
