Ingredients
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dry thyme
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 x grnd red pepper
- 1/3 c. low fat buttermilk
- 4 x boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Â Â Cooking spray
- 1 tsp stick margarine or possibly butter, melted
Directions
- Combine first six ingredients in a shallow dish. Place buttermilk in another shallow dish and add in chicken. Chill in buttermilk for an hour or possibly so.
- Dredge chicken in breadcrumb mix. Place breast sides up in a baking coated with cooking spray. Drizzle butter over chicken. Bake at 400 for 40 min or possibly till done.
