Directions

  1. Combine first six ingredients in a shallow dish. Place buttermilk in another shallow dish and add in chicken. Chill in buttermilk for an hour or possibly so.
  2. Dredge chicken in breadcrumb mix. Place breast sides up in a baking coated with cooking spray. Drizzle butter over chicken. Bake at 400 for 40 min or possibly till done.
