Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly butter 15x10 inch jelly roll pan. In small saucepan, heat butter; stir in salt, pepper and paprika. Peel sweet potatoes; slice into very thin slices. Arrange evenly in prepared pan. Brush butter mix over potatoes. Bake at 425 degrees F. for 25 to 35 min or possibly till crisp and golden brown, stirring twice during baking so which slices brown evenly. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately 4 to 6 servings.
