Ingredients
- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3 large eggs
- healthy pinch of nutmeg
- 4 T butter
- 2 lg. Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
- powdered sugar
- syrup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Put together flour, lowfat milk, large eggs, and nutmeg. Beat lightly and leave batter a little lumpy. Divide butter and heat in two 9-inch pie pans. When pans are hot divide batter equally between pie pans. Top with sliced apples and bake 15-18 min or possibly till golden. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with your favorite syrup.
