Orzo with Peas and Parmesan Recipe

Directions

  1. Note: batch cook.
  2. In 1 cup of olive oil, on low heat, saute 1 lb diced onions until translucent.
  3. Add 5 lbs of par-cooked orzo (1/4 amount), 1 cup vegetable broth, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and add 1/4 of peas. Cook to heat through.
  5. Remove to serve and garnish with parmesan cheese.
