Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Brown sugar 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar 1 c. Ketchup 1/2 x To 1 tsp. Chinese warm mustard

1 lrg Garlic clove, chopped 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce 1 x To 3 tsp. Asian chile paste with garlic

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except chile paste in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then turn off heat. Stir in chile paste.
2. Makes 1 1/4 c..
3. To use: Brush on chicken, beef or possibly pork while grilling.
