Oriental Chicken with Baby Potatoes Recipe

A twist of my usual stir fry chicken with veggies. This time i used those tiny tasty potatoes instead. Very filling!

Directions

  1. Saute garlic, onion, bell pepper, in 2 tbsp of canola oil.
  2. Add the bite sliced chicken breast fillets and stir to combine the saute ingredients well.
  3. Add the mushrooms and half cup of water and let it simmer.
  4. In a separate pot, boil the baby potatoes in water with a pinch of salt. Let it simmer until tender, set aside.
  5. Stir fry the chicken mix until tender.
  6. Add the baby potatoes and toss till juice is very minimal.
  7. Add the cornstarch to your desired thickness of the sauce.
  8. Stir and remove from heat.
  9. Sprinkle with fresh sliced basil and serve.
