Ingredients
- Â Â Dressing: 1 tsp Accent
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. vinegar (regular or possibly rice wine)
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 6 ounce sliced almonds
- 6 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
- 1 pkt Top Ramen
- 1 c. minced carrots (optional)
- 2 x -3 diced scallions
- 2 c. minced cooked chicken
- Â Â Napa cabbage
Directions
- Place almonds, sunflower seeds and broken up Top Ramen noodles (throw away Top Ramen flavor packet) on cookie sheet. Toast in oven for 5 min at 400.
- Combine chicken, toasted seeds, almonds, Ramen, optional carrots and scallions, cabbage and toss with dressing. (You may need to double the dressing if you use the whole head of cabbage.
- I used a whole head of Napa cabbage and doubled the dressing. I also used green onions instead of scallions.
