Directions

  1. Place almonds, sunflower seeds and broken up Top Ramen noodles (throw away Top Ramen flavor packet) on cookie sheet. Toast in oven for 5 min at 400.
  2. Combine chicken, toasted seeds, almonds, Ramen, optional carrots and scallions, cabbage and toss with dressing. (You may need to double the dressing if you use the whole head of cabbage.
  3. I used a whole head of Napa cabbage and doubled the dressing. I also used green onions instead of scallions.
