- 1/2 c. Hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. Tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
- 2 x Cloves garlic, crushed
Directions
- Both of these bar-b-q sauces are from "Betty Crocker Easy Chinese". Mix.
- Brush on each side of meat as you grill or possibly broil. Remaining sauce can be heated to boiling then served with the meat.
