  1. Cream butter well. Add in sugar and beat. Beat large eggs in one at a time. Sift flour, baking pwdr, salt and blend. Fold in oats. Add in to creamed mix alternately with lowfat milk. Begin and end with dry ingredients. Bake in a greased and lightly floured 8 inch pan for 35-45 min at 350 degrees. Spread with glaze.
