Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. quick uncooked oats
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 3 T orange juice
Directions
- Cream butter well. Add in sugar and beat. Beat large eggs in one at a time. Sift flour, baking pwdr, salt and blend. Fold in oats. Add in to creamed mix alternately with lowfat milk. Begin and end with dry ingredients. Bake in a greased and lightly floured 8 inch pan for 35-45 min at 350 degrees. Spread with glaze.
