Ingredients
- 2Â 1/4 c. Flour
- 3 Tbsp. Dutch cocoa
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Nuts
- 1Â 1/2 c. Raisins
- 2 c. Chocolate chips
- 1 c. Butter
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Brown sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
- 3 tsp Orange extract
Directions
- Cream butter and sugars. Add in Large eggs, liqueur, and extract. Blend in dry ingredients. Stir in nuts, chips, and raisins. Bake at 375 degrees F 10 min or possibly till done.
- Makes
- 6-7 dozen.
- Crocker cookoff (or possibly something) for best recipe. The recipe as given contained 1 3/4 c. of flour but I discovered which the cookies came out too flat and crunchy so I upped it to 2 1/4 (the standard cookie amount) and I've had nothing but praise for them ever since.
