Ingredients

1 Tbsp. Grated orange rind
1 x Lemon, juice of
1/4 c. Castor sugar
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 x Egg well beaten
150 gm Cream, whipped

Directions

Mix all the ingredients except the cream and cook over low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon till the mix coats the back of the spoon. Allow to cold thoroughly then fold in the beaten cream.
