Ingredients
- 50 chicken pieces
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp celery powder
- 2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp sage
- 1/2 cups worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cups soy sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 F.
- Thoroughly rinse chicken using cold water and drain.
- Combine remaining ingredients, mix well, pour over chicken.
- Refrigerate chicken and seasonings for 1-3 hours. turning chicken in sauce every half hour.
- Bake chicken and sauce 1 1/2 - 2 houres or until tender - basting chicken about every half hour with the sauce in the pan.
