Directions

  1. Cut onions into rings and saute in butter about 20 min. Place in bottom of greased casserole. Put shredded cheese and salt and pepper over top.Heat soup and lowfat milk together and pour over cheese and onion mix. Top with bread slices or possibly cover completely with croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
