Directions

  1. Place the vinegar in a liquidiser and with the motor running gradually add in the extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Add in the oregano, salt and pepper and blend till the dressing takes on a creamy appearance. Serve immediately or possibly blend again just before serving.
  3. NOTES : A simply delicious dressing for salads.
