Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions
- Cream together butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs, beating after each addition.
- SIFT together flour, cocoa pwdr, baking soda and salt, stir in half of the flour mix, add in lowfat milk and vanilla, then stir in remaining flour mix.
- Bake at 350
