Directions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet till crisp; remove bacon, reserving 2 Tbsp. drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon, and set aside. Cook onion in drippings over medium heat, stirring constantly, till tender.
  2. Add in okra, and cook 5 min, stirring constantly. Add in corn and remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 15 min, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
