Ingredients
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 c. Butter or possibly Margarine -- softened
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Brown Sugar -- packed
- 3 c. Quick Oatmeal
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 12 ounce Butterscotch Chips -- (or possibly chocolate)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a small bowl, mix flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix butter or possibly margarine, sugars, Large eggs and vanilla. Beat with electric mixers till light and fluffy. Gradually add in flour mix. Stir in oats and chips with a wooden spoon. Spread into greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake for 20 - 25 min. Cold, then cut into 36 squares.
