Ingredients

  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 c. Oats
  • 3/4 c. White sugar
  • 1 pkt (12-ounce) butterscotch chips
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 3/4 c. Brown sugar

Directions

  1. These recipes are from the back of Hershey's Butterscotch Chips pkgs..
  2. You won't find them anymore, but, when the chips first came out, I copied them off. The recipes on the back of the package these days is different and, IMHO, not nearly as good.
  3. Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, Large eggs & vanilla. Beat till light & fluffy. Gradually add in dry ingredients. Stir in oats and chips. Sprread into greased 10 X 15 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
