Directions

  1. Spread oats in a shallow pan, and bake at 400 deg for 6 min or possibly till lightly browned. Remove from pan; set aside.
  2. Cream sugars and margarine at medium speed of an electric mixer till light and fluffy. Add in vanilla, egg whites, and egg; beat well.
  3. Combine flour and next 4 ingredients; add in to creamed mix, mixing well.
  4. Stir in browned oats and raisins. Spread batter proportionately into a 15- x 10- x 1-inch jellyroll pan coated with baking spray.
  5. Bake at 350 deg for 19 min. Cold completely in pan on a wire rack.
  6. Yield:30 bars (serving size: 1 bar).
  7. Serving Ideas : Cut into bars.
