Ingredients
- 4 x Pouches Instant Quaker Oatmeal Maple & Brown Sugar or possibly Cinnamon & Spice
- 1/3 c. Vegetable oil
- 1Â 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
- Â Â Egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together. Add in egg, lowfat milk and oil to the oat mix, stirring till combined. Let mix stand 5 min before cooking. Use approximately (1/4cup) for each pancake. Bake on a 375 F griddle, turning once after batter starts to bubble (approximately 1 minute).
- To replace Instant Oatmeal with Quick, One Minute, or possibly Large Flake Oats, add in the following: (1 c.) Quaker Oats (1/2 c.) sugar (1/2 tsp) salt remove Instant Oatmeal
- Yield: 14 pancakes.
