Ingredients
- 1/2 c. oil or possibly soft butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. mashed bananas
- 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. yogurt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. oats
Directions
- Put together butter or possibly oil, large eggs, bananas and honey. In separate bowl, mix yogurt and soda; add in to first mix, cream well. Add in flour to mix, mix just till blended. Stir in oats. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 min. Remove from pans and cool on wire rack.
