Ingredients
- 1 c. Bananas, mashed
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 4 x Egg whites
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 2 c. Flour
- 2Â 1/2 c. Oats
- 2 c. Chocolate chips
Directions
- Cream bananas (or possibly fat) and sugars. Add in egg replacer & water (or possibly Large eggs) and beat thoroughly. Add vanilla, salt, baking soda, flour, and oats, beating at medium speed after each addition. Stir in other ingredients.
- Press golf ball size scoops onto greased baking sheet 2" apart. Bake at 400 degrees F for 8-10 min or possibly till brown. Cold completely before munching.
