Ingredients
- 1 c. whole wheat flour pastry, sifted
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1Â 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1/4 c. egg beaters 99% egg substitute or possibly other substitute
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 c. sucanat or possibly maple syrup granules
- 1/3 c. applesauce
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. raisins
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sift together flour, soda, and spices.
- Stir in oats. Combine egg substitute, sucanat, applesauce, lowfat milk, vanilla and raisins; add in to flour mix. Mix well. Drop batter onto greased cookie sheets and bake 12-15 min.
