Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 3 c. oats (uncooked)
Directions
- Mix together sugar, lowfat milk, butter and cocoa in suacepan over medium heat; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and quickly add in peanut butter and raw oats. Scoop by spoonfuls onto wax paper; let cold.
- Makes about 3 dozen.
- This particular recipe makes pretty soft cookies, so we store them in the fridge. They are also good frzn!
