Ingredients

  • 2 c. Rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. Cashews
  • 1 pch Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 c. Water

Directions

  1. Using a food processor or possibly a blender, grind together the oats & cashews. Be careful not to over-grind otherwise you will get a butter-like consistency.
  2. Add in the salt, oil & water & blend thoruoghly. Pour the batter into a waffle iron & leave a few min till cooked. Serve with plenty of maple syrup.
