Ingredients
- 2/3 c. Margarine
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Light corn syrup
- 3 tsp Vanilla
- 4 c. Quick cooking rolled oats uncooked
- 6 ounce Semisweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 c. Peanut butter
Directions
- Cream margarine, blend in sugar, syrup and vanilla. Stir in oats.
- Spread into greased 13x9-inch pan. Bake 15 min at 350 degrees. (Do not bake any longer, even though bars may not look cooked.) Let cold. Heat chocolate chips and peanut butter over low heat and spread over baked oat mix. Chill till quite chilled. Cut into bars.
