Ingredients
- 1 c. Butter, soft
- 1/3 c. Light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 4 c. Quick oats
- 1 c. Chocolate chips
- 1 c. Peanut Butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300 . Mix all ingredients, except chocolate chips and peanut butter, to a crumble. Pat into a 11x13" lightly greased pan. Bake no more than 12 min. Will be soft and runny when taken out of oven, but will set when cooling. TOPPING-Heat chocolate chips and peanut butter together and then spread proportionately on top. Refrigeratetill chocolate is set.
