Ingredients

  • 6- 4 oz Boneless skinless chicken breast
  • Melted butter OR 0 calorie spray butter
  • Gallic Salt
  • Paprika
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Wash and Clean Breast, trimming off any fat
  2. Pound with tenderizer if desired.
  3. Brush or spray with butted ( good coating)
  4. Sprinkle heavily with garlic salt, Paprika and pepper.
  5. Place on 4 inch rack of Nu-Wave oven and cook on HI for 8 minutes. Turn over and cook for additional 6-7 minutes.
