North Carolina Barbecue Sauce Recipe

• 1 quart Cider vinegar
• 1 jar (6oz) mustard
• 2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
• 3/4 lb Dark or possibly light brown sugar
• 2 bot (14 ounce) catsup
•     Black pepper to taste
• 1 c. Worchestershire Sauce
• 1 lb Butter (or possibly margarine)
• 1 tsp Salt
•     Lemon juice to taste
• 3 dsh Liquid Smoke (up to 4)
• 1 Tbsp. Crushed garlic
