Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Grease muffin tins. Beat Large eggs and butter- lowfat milk (or possibly lowfat milk). Then add butter. Stir in mix (don't over mix, leave it lumpy). Divide into muffin tins and bake for 20 min.
  2. Muffins should be hard and pulling away from the sides of pan.
