Ingredients
- 225 gm Fresh green noodles, (8oz)
- 1 x 500 gram car fromage frais, (1/2lb)
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh basil or possibly parsley
- 2 x Cloves garlic, crushed
- Â Â Freshly grnd black pepper
Directions
- 1. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water for 2 min or possibly according to manufacturers instructions, and drain them.
- 2. Mix the other ingredients together, and toss in the pasta. Mix well again and serve immediately.
- NOTES : This is the nearest low-fat equivalent to pasta with pesto. It is so simple to make which a meal could be ready in under 15 min. Serve it with a salad, followed by fresh fruit. Dry pasta can, of course, be used instead of fresh noodles.
