Ingredients: 6 x Cloves garlic mashed with; 1 tsp Kosher salt; 3/4 c. Fresh sour orange juice or possibly; 1/4 c. Fresh orange juice, and; 1/2 c. Fresh lime juice; 2 Tbsp. Tequila; 2 Tbsp. Grnd chile peppers; 1 c. Fresh cilantro, minced; 1 1/2 tsp Mexican oregano; 2 tsp Salt; 1 Tbsp. Black pepper; 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil

Directions

For 3 lbs of meat. Whisk together all ingredients. Puncture meatall over with fork. Chill overnight turining occasionally. Grill 6-8 min per side for med rare. Serve with salsa, guacamole, and pickled red onions.
