No Sauce Pizza

Really flavorful and no red pizza sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 12 inch pizza crust or fresh pizza dough
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup grated Italian fontina cheese
  • 1 cup chopped arugula
  • 2 oz. Prosciutto di Parma, thinly sliced
  • 1 lge or 2 sm garlic cloves, minced

Directions

  1. Brush oil lightly over pizza crust
  2. Sprinkle minced garlic
  3. Evenly spread cheese
  4. Top with arugula then prosciutto
  5. Grill on pizza stone or bake in 350 degree oven until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted
