Ingredients

  • 6 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt instant vanilla pudding and pie filling (4-serving size)
  • 4 tsp rum extract
  • 3/4 tsp grnd nutmeg divided
  • 2 c. heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp. confectioners' sugar

Directions

  1. In a punch bowl, combine the lowfat milk and pudding mix, mix well. Add in the rum extract and 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, mix well and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the heavy cream and confectioners' sugar till stiff peaks form. Add in half of the whipped cream mix to the lowfat milk mix, stir till well blended. Dollop the remaining whipped cream mix over the top and sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 tsp. nutmeg. Serve immediately.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
  4. Comments: If you'd like to make this a bit ahead of time, go ahead - but you may need to add in some lowfat milk to thin it down just before serving.
