Ingredients
- 1 T cholesterol free butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- 1 T sour lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 c. pineapple juice
- 2 c. oat bran cereal (uncooked)
- 1/2 c. dates, minced
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 minced apple
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 slices pineapple
Directions
- If you do not have sour lowfat milk, put 1 tsp vinegar in 1 tbsp lowfat milk.Beat all ingredients together. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-17 min. Use paper baking cups in muffin tins. Fill cups to top as they do not rise very high.
