Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 stk butter or possibly margarine
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 c. Peanut butter
- 3 x -(up to)
- 4 c. Oatmeal, uncooked
Directions
- Combine lowfat milk, butter, sugar & vanilla in a pan, cooking over medium heat till mix comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Add in peanut butter & stir till melted. (Mix shouldn't be soupy, but rather thick.) Add in oatmeal to mix till mix is thick sufficient to drop from spoon onto waxed paper. Candy will harden when it cools.
