Ingredients
- 1/2 c. (1 Stick) butter
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Combine butter, cocoa, sugar and lowfat milk in a large saucepan. Stir and simmer until bubbles form around the edge of the saucepan. Remove from heat. Add in oats, peanut butter, and vanilla. Stir thoroughly. Drop by rounded Tbsp. on wax paper. Cold
