Ingredients
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 3 c. Quick Cooking Oats
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. Cocoa
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Peanut Butter
Directions
- Mix together in large saucepan Sugar, Lowfat milk, Butter and Cocoa. Heat on high till boiling. Hard boil exactly one (1) minute. Remove from heat and in the same saucepan add in peanut butter, oats and vanilla.
- Spoon immediately onto wax paper and let cold. Eat and enjoy!
