Ingredients

  • 1 x Ripe avacado (soft to touch)
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Chopped onion
  • 1 x Clove garlic, mashed to a pulp with:
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped cilantro -or possibly-
  • 1/4 tsp Dry cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp Warm pepper sauce (to taste)
  • 2 x -(up to)
  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. Peel avocado and mash to a smooth pulp.
  2. Add in lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, onion, garlic, cilantro, pepper sauce and lemon juice and blend with a wire whip.
  3. Let stand at least an hour before serving. Chill any leftover sauce.
