Ingredients
- 1 pkt Yellow cake mix
- Â Â Yellow cake mix
- 1/4 c. Oil, 1/2 inch thick
- 1/2 c. Pecans, minced
- 2 med Large eggs
Directions
- 8 Ounces cream cheese 2 medium Large eggs 1 lb. powdered sugar 1/2 c. pecans minced
- Mix the oil, pecans, Large eggs, and cake mix well by hand and put mix into a greased and floured 9x13 pan mix other ingredients and pour over cake mix and bake at 300F for 1 hour. Cold completely before cutting.
- Notes: Another really nice fast dessert. I usually have all the ingredients in the pantry.
- Serving Ideas: Serve with whipped cream and cherries
