  • 1 2-inch Ceylon cinnamon stick
  • 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ t paprika
  • ¼ t New Mexico chile powder
  • 1 t ground coriander
  • 1 lb crimini mushrooms, sliced
  • ¼ cup 1-2% milk
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup low fat Greek yogurt
  • salt to taste
  • 1 10 oz bag frozen peas, thawed
